Data Entry Clerk - Up to $1,194 Weekly SAVARD Personnel Group is hiring an experienced Inventory & Data Entry Administrator for a manufacturing facility in Houston. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and data entry skills who can adapt quickly to new systems and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain inventory records
Process inventory transactions using ERP systems
Assist with inventory control and equipment tracking
Maintain organized administrative records and documentation
Utilize RF (Radio Frequency) equipment when needed
Work with multiple computer systems and learn new software as required
Support daily warehouse and administrative operations
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (must be shown on resume)
Previous data entry experience
Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle or JD Edwards
Strong computer skills
Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
High school diploma or GED required
Familiarity with RF equipment preferred
Available to start immediately if selected
English required; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Shifts:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Duration:
Approximately 6 months, with potential for temp-to-hire
