Job Title: Data Entry Clerk II
Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Remote)
Duration: 3 Months

Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm PST

Job Description:
This job performs primarily intake and data entry functions. Reports must be entered into the internal and external systems. Incoming reports must be reviewed for correctness. Errors in reports received must be corrected. Written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders is required. Data entry using Excel is required.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Primary function in this project role will be data entry into a Salesforce database.
  • Also provides general administrative support that may include routine document preparation, file management, scheduling/arranging meetings, email and instant message communication and data entry.
  • May also perform a variety of activities in support of the functional processes, programs and/or services.
  • Also provides assistance in the administration of various programs, projects and assignments aligned with functional processes and services.
Must Have Skills:
  • Fast and accurate data entry.
  • Computer literate and comfortable with learning data management systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce or health care a plus.
  • Ideally 1-2 years of general admin or office experience.
