• Monday–Friday, 9-6
• Temp to perm

ROLE IMPACT
The AP Clerk plays a key role in maintaining timely and compliant accounts payable operations within the Shared Services Center. This role ensures accurate preparation and delivery of check runs and payoffs, supporting internal audit controls and service-level agreements. Success in this position means seamless coordination with AP, check processing, and leadership teams to meet daily operational demands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute daily and weekly AP Trade and Corporate check runs
• Match and verify checks against backup documentation
• Log outgoing packages and prepare FedEx shipping labels
• Ensure accurate packaging and delivery of payoffs and checks
• Support compliance with internal SOX and SLA requirements
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10-key speed: 8,000 KSPH; Typing speed: 40 WPM
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience managing high volumes of paperwork across databases

• Internal AP systems (training provided)

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Dealership accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Excellent follow-up and prioritization skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Frequent typing, standing, walking, and sitting required
