Evaluates, implements and maintains the organization's compliance with regulatory rules and standards for technical areas that include but are not limited to operations, planning, siting, Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), reliability and safety. Maintains programs and procedures to ensure compliance with technical standards established by national, regional and local regulatory authorities, and prepares related regulatory filings and reports. Participates in audits, training, risk assessments and security reviews of compliance programs and takes actions to remediate noncompliance issues. Interacts with technical representatives from regulatory authorities and other energy market participants.
Supports foundational compliance activities for technical rules and standards by assisting with documentation, evidence collection, and monitoring processes to ensure adherence to technical standards and regulatory requirements for reliability and security.
