Data Entry Clerk – Long-Term Opportunity

Precision Staffing is seeking 1st Shift Data Entry Clerks to join a financial institution’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering information into internal computer systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a long-term opportunity with a tentative start date of September/October 2026, with assignment expected through the end of 2026 and potential extension into early 2027. This position offers a consistent 40-hour work week with no risk of being sent home due to low mail volume.

Position: Data Entry Clerk
Location: 3180 Rider Trail S, Earth City, MO 63045
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (30-minute unpaid lunch; consistent schedule)
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Duration of Assignment: Through end of 2026, with possible extension into March 2027 (end date not guaranteed)

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must provide three forms of ID:
• 1. Driver’s License or State ID
  2. Social Security Card
  3. Birth Certificate or Passport
• Must pass a five-year general agency clearance, including background check and name trace
• Must successfully complete fingerprinting prior to start
• Must pass data entry assessment (6,500 KSPH or higher)
• Must be willing to assist in other departments as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Strong clerical and organizational abilities
• Prior experience with GLBX Extraction or Batch Prep

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand or walk continuously
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
