- Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support roles
- Experience supporting Government operations or high‑volume documentation environments
Responsibilities:
- Create electronic records for new files in accordance with Government regulations and deadlines
- Consolidate, reorganize, and re‑jacket files
- Create and maintain files physically and electronically
- Conduct data inquiries and searches within Government systems
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested
- Scan large, multi‑page documents
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in English reading comprehension
- Comfortable navigating Government‑operated information systems
- Accurate and efficient typing capability (minimum 30 WPM)
