Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Clerk Typist to join our team in Marengo, OH, 43334. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations by providing administrative support through typing, data entry, and clerical tasks. Responsibilities

  • Perform typing and data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Support other administrative staff as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment setting for team members.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in typing with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
