Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into our systems and databases
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Verify data and correct any errors or discrepancies
- Ensure data is secure and confidential at all times
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative role
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of real estate terminology is a plus
