About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at our Orlando North showroom. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within our NetSuite system, supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, tech-comfortable, and eager to grow.

What You'll Do

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in NetSuite (orders, inventory, customer data, etc.)

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct discrepancies

• Retrieve data from various sources and enter it into company systems in a timely manner

• Organize and file paper and digital documents as needed

• Assist with general administrative tasks to support showroom operations

• Collaborate with team members across departments, with potential to support the Sales team as the role evolves

What We're Looking For

• Experience using NetSuite required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable with data entry and basic computer programs (Excel, email, etc.)

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency

• Prior experience in an administrative, data entry, or retail/showroom support role a plus

• Interest in growing into a sales support function is a plus, not required
