Pay Range: $21/hr - $25/hr
Job Description:
- The Data Entry Clerk II is responsible for entering employee hours worked into the MyTime timekeeping system and maintaining documentation and records.
- This role supports accurate recordkeeping, data entry, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Enter employee hours worked into the MyTime timekeeping system.
- Maintain, organize, and retain documentation and records.
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Complete various administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
- Ensure records are maintained in accordance with established procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- College-level education preferred.
- Strong data entry and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
