Job Title: Data Entry Clerk (Temporary Assignment)

Position Overview
Adecco Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk for a temporary assignment. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in accuracy, organization, and working with data systems. The selected candidate will support a system transition by transferring information from legacy systems into a new platform while maintaining data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately transfer (input) data from spreadsheets and existing systems into a new program or database
Verify data for accuracy and completeness during the migration process
Maintain organized records and ensure consistency across systems
Enter and document information from phone calls into manual logs when required
Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data discrepancies
Follow established procedures and meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks
Perform additional administrative or clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
Ability to quickly learn new software and data management tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently
Previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
