Your main goal will be to keep data in order so that it is easily accessible at any time.Responsibilities:Input new information into database systemsCreate and manage spreadsheetsControl the data probity by performing comparative analysis of different sourcesRegularly update existing database system recordsProduce reportsRetrieve data as requestedPerform regular backup and security database activitiesDocument, organize and store relevant documentsRequirements:Previous working experience as data entry clerkFast typing skillsExcellent knowledge of word processing tools and databasesX years of experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)Great attention to detailSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s successCritical thinkerTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skills
