The number of paper personnel records to be transferred to the electronic database will be no less than 1000 individual records (defined as a case file for one individual MSG applicant) and no greater than 2000 individual records.
Each record will contain no less than 225 variables and no more than 300 variables.
It is anticipated that each record will take between 30 to 40 minutes to transfer to the electronic database, however this is just an estimate and real time may vary on average, as well as from record to record.
Data from each paper record will be transferred to a SPSS, SYSTAT, or EXCEL database (to be determined) using the database template provided by SSCP.
The database shall be free of typological errors, missing data will be identified as such using a standardized coding response, and stored in a secure, encrypted format.
All paper data shall remain under the custody of the MSG program.
All electronic data shall remain under the custody of SSCP.
