Our client in Savannah, GA is seeking a reliable Data Entry Clerk to support their maintenance department. This role focuses on accurate data entry, recordkeeping, and administrative support to ensure maintenance operations run smoothly.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $19/hour
Responsibilities
• Enter and update maintenance work orders, logs, and equipment records
• Review incoming maintenance requests for accuracy and completeness
• Track parts, inventory, and service schedules in internal systems
• Maintain organized digital and physical files
• Communicate with maintenance staff to verify information and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with reporting and general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accurate typing skills
• Comfortable working with maintenance or operations teams
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent
