We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into our database system from various sources such as paper documents, electronic files, and online forms
- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update records as needed
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as requested
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus
