Position Overview - Inventory Data Entry Clerk
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Data Entry Clerk to support manufacturing operations finance and inventory control functions at a production facility. This is a temporary support role focused on accurate data entry, inventory tracking, and system reconciliation within a SAP ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily manual data entry of inventory transactions into SAP (third-party ERP system)
  • Reconcile inventory data between Refresco ERP and SAP system
  • Support labeling of raw materials and packaging in the warehouse
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts for raw materials and packaging
  • Shadow Inventory Control Specialists to learn inventory flow across production, batching, quality, warehouse receiving, and shipping
  • Ensure compliance with month-end cutoff procedures, including validation of all inventory transactions (receipts, adjustments, cycle counts, transfers, destructions, vendor holds, and error clearing)
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the Inventory Data Entry Team Lead
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to analyze and reconcile inventory data
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Experience with ERP systems required (SAP preferred)
  • Basic understanding of inventory or warehouse processes preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • On-site role in a manufacturing plant environment (Wharton, NJ)

  • Exposure to warehouse and production operations
