Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining sensitive information in our systems. Your key duties will include:

 

• Entering data from various source documents into the relevant databases and computer systems.
• Verifying the accuracy of data by comparing it to source materials and correcting any discrepancies.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive member and company information at all times.
• Reviewing and updating existing data to ensure it is current and complete.
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry and generating reports as required.
• Adhering to data integrity and quality control procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

 

• Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
• A strong understanding of data confidentiality principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• (Desirable) Previous experience working within the healthcare or managed care sector.
