Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinators to support a short-term initiative focused on organizing and analyzing third-party partnership data. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, data consolidation, and project support to streamline current external integrations and enhance internal visibility. Ideal candidates will have experience with data entry, research, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across internal tracking systems and spreadsheets
- Research third-party vendors or partners to identify existing agreements and key contract terms
- Classify agreement types and extract relevant information, including term length and usage data
- Coordinate basic project tasks to ensure timely collection and documentation of data
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather missing information and verify data accuracy
- Summarize findings into clear, structured reports or dashboards for leadership review
- Maintain data consistency and integrity across all documentation
- Support preparation of materials used for project updates and stakeholder communications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Excel and online research tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Familiarity with business agreements or corporate partnerships (a plus, not required)

- 13 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or project coordination
- Background in a professional, corporate, or consulting environment
