Openwork is currently engaged in hiring multiple positions for Data Entry Specialists for a growing team located in Georgetown, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting administrative operations by accurately entering, updating, and managing sensitive records with care and precision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work in a supportive, in-office team environment!

As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

• Entering and updating operational and company data into internal databases

• Handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with strict confidentiality and care

• Reviewing source documents for accuracy and resolving discrepancies

• Verifying data integrity through routine cross-checks and audits

• Maintaining organized electronic files and record systems

• Using specialized data management software (training provided)

What you’ll need:

• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Comfort working with sensitive information and adhering to PII privacy protocols

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable work ethic, reliability, and basic computer proficiency

• Prior administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!

Perks:

• $17.00 per hour 

• Full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week), 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
