About the Role

This position involves performing accurate data entry within a professional office or administrative environment. The primary focus is on ensuring data integrity, security, and management of information to support operational needs. The successful candidate will handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update data into data management systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify data accuracy and completeness during the data entry process
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to security standards
• Assist with data cleansing, validation, and conducting regular audits
• Support administrative functions related to data management and reporting
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality standards are met
• Utilize data entry tools and systems as instructed
• Follow established procedures for data input, updating, and maintenance
• Complete assigned data entry projects within specified timeframes
• Respond to data-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data handling protocols
• Perform light physical activity involving lifting up to 20 lbs, if applicable
