Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Entry Intern to assist with inventory and listing operations. This is a great opportunity for high school or college students looking to gain real-world experience in business operations, data management, and e-commerce.

You will help enter and organize data for coins and collectibles as they move through our sales pipeline. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry Support
• • Enter basic coin and inventory details into internal systems
  • Record information such as year, mint mark, denomination, and grade
  • Follow clear processes to ensure consistency
• Listing Assistance
• • Help prepare items for auction and online listings
  • Input titles, descriptions, and item details
  • Match data with corresponding photos
• Quality Checks
• • Review entries for accuracy and completeness
  • Fix simple errors and flag anything unusual
• Team Collaboration
• • Work with full-time staff to keep inventory moving efficiently
  • Learn how different parts of the business connect
