Job Summary: 

This role is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across multiple company systems while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to support reporting and audit readiness efforts. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Accurately input various types of data into company databases and spreadsheets. 
  • Review data for completeness and accuracy; identify and report discrepancies to supervisors or management. 
  • Create relevant reports related to Community Supports data metrics. 
  • Track and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and present findings to management. 
  • Update all necessary platforms to ensure data consistency across systems, spreadsheets, and databases. 
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. 
  • Scan, upload, label, and organize documents appropriately. 
  • Respond to basic data-related inquiries from team members and leadership. 
  • Support audit preparation and quality assurance initiatives. 
  • Assist with various related reports. 
  • Coordinates with housing deposit coordinators. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned. 

Education and Experience: 

  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • Minimum of 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience. 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred, including Pivot Tables and conditional formatting. 
  • Previous data entry experience (including internships or volunteer work). 
  • Experience with database management systems. 
  • Familiarity with office equipment (scanner, printer, fax). 
  • Basic troubleshooting skills. 
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Understanding data confidentiality and security standards. 
  • Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a close team environment. 

Physical Requirements:  

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Ability to view computer screens for prolonged durations. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.  

 

Pay range
$20—$23 USD
