Data Entry (On-site)

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to provide clerical and administrative support to an engineering department.

• Provide general clerical support including forms management, filing, handling correspondence, phone support, and taking staff meeting minutes
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in various systems and spreadsheets
• Assist engineering staff by preparing reports and organizing information as needed
• Create purchase requests for engineering supplies and equipment
• Order and track office supplies and maintain inventory for the department
• Support day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email) or equivalent systems 
• Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to a team environment
• Some knowledge, background, or exposure to engineering-related work
