Data Entry (On-site) Part-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working with data, documents, and internal databases while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Print, code, and log incoming purchase requests
• Process purchase requests through Grainger and Staples
• Search internal databases for contract-approved items
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Communicate with vendors and internal staff regarding purchase requests and order status
• Perform data entry and document tracking activities
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
