    Description

    Summary: Under the direction of the Data Entry Supervisor the general function of the Data Entry Operator is to enter all data received, completely and accurately, according to company guidelines and procedures.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Enters new customer databases, customer account updates and status changes.
    • Audits data entered by other operators or departments, corrects, deletes, or re-enters data to ensure accuracy is achieved.
    • Processes inbound data entry calls, and initiating customer changes.
    • Maintains a service-oriented attitude when dealing with customers, always conveying professionalism and a desire to help.
    • Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines.
    • Develops and maintains a team-oriented relationship with other departments, so that, company goals and objectives are met or exceeded. Must attend scheduled department meetings and company training meetings and seminars.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

    Shifts:

    • 12pm - 8pm Monday - Friday Rotating Weekends
    • Training is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

    Qualifications:

    • Type 45 wpm and 98% accuracy
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Possess a high level of attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and in writing.
    • Experience completing multiple and/or repetitive tasks. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
    • Dependable and punctual.
    • Ability to work independently of supervision and use effective time management skills.
    • Desire to cross train in other company positions.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Pass criminal background check and drug screen

    Pay: From $13.00 per hour
