Data Entry Operator

Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Denver, Colorado
Type: 12 months Contract
Compensation: $22.00 - $25/hr
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite


Responsibilities

• Review large volumes of displaced documentation while working onsite at the Records Center
• Locate documents within systems such as SharePoint and ProjectWise
• Validate whether electronic records exist
• Perform quality assurance on scanned images
• Scan missing records
• Link documents into the appropriate database
• Primarily work independently while supporting internal business operations and records management

Requirements

• Administrative or data entry background
• Strong research skills
• Experience with SharePoint and/or ProjectWise
• Database experience
• Record review experience
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, ability to stay on task, and independence
