· Performing SAP receipts.
· Troubleshooting discrepancies with planner buyers, vendors, and field teams.
· Later responsibilities may include work order transfers and more complex receiving tasks.
1. What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications (technology/application/software, etc.) required?
· SAP experience (at least basic).
· Fast and accurate typing / 10-key by touch.
· Microsoft Outlook (email-heavy role).
· Microsoft Excel (working from spreadsheets).
· General supply chain or receiving background.

· High attention to detail / accuracy.
· Ability to work in high-volume, repetitive environments.
