Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data related to inventory, orders, shipments, and customer information into company databases.
• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness to ensure high data integrity.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security policies.
• Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate record-keeping of gourmet produce supplies.
• Generate periodic reports from data management systems to assist management in operational decisions.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data by cross-referencing with source documents.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
• Exceptional typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using data entry software, databases, and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or IT are a plus.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
