What You'll Do:

• Review supplier invoices and enter them into the ERP system.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry while proactively communicating any discrepancies with the Procurement team.
• Enter material sales orders into the ERP system and maintain accurate order data.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with the Planning, Warehouse, Logistics and Customer teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ERP system.

What We are Looking For:

• Previous experience working with ERP or other data management systems is preferred.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Good written English skills.
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Secondary education or higher (final-year students are also welcome to apply).
