Payroll Processing Associate
Contract: 1+ Year
Pay: $18.00-$18.80/hour
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Shift between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Must be flexible to work the full shift
- Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required with advance notice
Job Duties
- Process payroll transactions and manual check requests
- Enter and maintain payroll data accurately
- Communicate with internal teams regarding payroll issues
- Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information
- Use Microsoft Excel, Access, and internal payroll systems (training provided)
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Access skills
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Payroll experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Flexible to work additional hours as needed
