As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently entering, updating, and managing data related to various direct marketing campaigns. Responsibilities<\/b>:

  • Maintain organized filing systems for digital documents<\/span>

  • Data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing anniversary calendars

  • Provide timely communication with team members
    <\/li>
  • Prepare and code orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports to create accurate billing
    <\/li>
  • Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
    <\/li>
  • Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette

    Qualifications<\/b>:

    • High School Diploma and above required<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • An experience data entry/CSR preferred. Fresher you are welcome to apply

    • Detail -oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
