Location: Richmond, Virginia (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for a Data Entry position. This role focuses on the manual provisioning of user access for numerous applications within the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to quality and accuracy, possess strong communication skills, and have a willingness to learn. This is not a help desk position but a role centered on access management and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and delete user access accounts in approximately 70 different applications.
• Manage and update documentation, following provided instructions meticulously.
• Troubleshoot provisioning errors and participate in various access clean-up projects.
• Work independently while maintaining high productivity and quality assurance standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding task status, issues, or delays.

Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of six months to one year of relevant IT experience, such as a help desk role, an internship, or a technical bootcamp.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Sheets and Active Directory is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in information security, customer service, or relevant side projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain a high level of detail orientation.
• Excellent organizational and note-taking skills.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to asking questions when clarification is needed.
• A dedication to learning and professional development within the role.
