Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, updating databases, processing information, and supporting day-to-day operational activities.

Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases
- Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Process forms, documents, and digital information
- Organize and maintain electronic files and records
- Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
- Generate reports and assist with data tracking activities
- Support administrative and operational workflows
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Communicate with internal teams regarding data updates
- Follow established procedures and quality standards
- Assist with document management and recordkeeping
- Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, data entry, or support roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
