Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, 1 year contract basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for our real estate company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into our company's database
- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Adhere to data entry and confidentiality policies and procedures
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of real estate industry and terminology is a plus
