Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a professional services company seeking a Data Entry Specialist for a special project in their procurement department.

Headquarters for the company is in Europe but American operations are out of Boston on EST

Key Responsibilities of the Project

Manual data mining and invoice data entry to clear backlog for a high-visibility project
Coordinate effectively with procurement, finance, and cross-functional teams to gather and validate information
Maintain data accuracy and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight
Leverage Excel (pivot tables, sorting, filtering) for ongoing reporting and quality checks

Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)

1 year or more of data entry or accounting support experience, including invoice processing
Proficient with Microsoft Excel pivot tables, sorting, and filtering
Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver project-based results

Compensation

Hourly pay at $20-25 per hour depending on experience
