Data Entry Specialist – CRM Flow System Full-Time – Great Temp to Hire Opportunity! 1st shift Monday to Friday – 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM (Available to work weekends and overtime as requested) Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 / Hour Get Paid every Friday! We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support a new CRM system called Flow within a company in the electrical equipment and services industry that partners with leading manufacturers and provides high-quality operational support across the sector. This role is ideal for someone highly computer-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced, structured environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, eager to learn, and able to grow with evolving technology, including modern digital tools and AI-related system.

Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within the Flow CRM system
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness
• Support internal teams with reporting and data-related tasks
• Identify and correct data discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency
• Learn and adapt to new system updates and tools as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in data entry or administrative/data support roles
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience with CRM platforms preferred
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated, trainable, and able to work independently
• Interest or exposure to AI-driven tools is a plus
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
