Key Responsibilities:

- Verify and correct any discrepancies in data to maintain accuracy
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy access and retrieval
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and protocols
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in data entry best practices
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data entry or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
