Busy Workers’ Compensation Defense Law Firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PART TIME Data Entry Specialist.
Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining case-related information in our firm’s database systems. This is an in-office position.
Qualifications:· Prior data entry, administrative, legal or office experience preferred.
· Must be computer literate. Comfortable using various software applications.
· Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and excellent attention to detail a must.
· Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
· Must be able to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
· Good working knowledge of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel.
· Must have the ability to reliably commute to the office for work every day.
· Authorized to work in the United States required.
Responsibilities- Accurately enter and update case and claim information into firm databases.
- Review data for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter important dates, deadlines, claim information, and contact information.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and bring issues to the appropriate staff member’s attention.
- Assist attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff with data-related projects.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and case information.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Starting salary is $18.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on experience
20-25 Hours Per Week
