We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our client's team during a high-volume project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy
Review documents and records for completeness and correct discrepancies when necessary
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Organize and maintain electronic and physical records
Process and track confidential information while maintaining data integrity
Generate reports and assist with data audits as needed
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure accurate record keeping
Support administrative and clerical tasks during special projects
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
Strong typing and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP, CRM, or database management systems
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Experience performing data validation and quality control checks

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
