As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. This includes inputting customer information, financial data, and other important business information. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into our systems accurately and efficiently
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
• Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in data
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Keep track of completed tasks and report progress to supervisor
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data programs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience with financial data or accounting is a plus
