IDR is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves precise data input and management within a healthcare environment, supporting the organizations electronic medical records system. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform efficiently under time-sensitive situations.

Position Overview for the Data Entry Specialist

  • Responsible for entering physician and facility information into the HCHB EMR system
  • Ensures data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to production standards
  • Collaborates with team members to maintain high-quality data entry processes
  • Works onsite weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Supports healthcare data management initiatives by maintaining precise records

Requirements for the Data Entry Specialist:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under various time-sensitive conditions
  • Experience with MS Office applications such as Outlook and Teams is preferred
  • Prior experience with healthcare or EMR systems is a plus
  • Comfortable working onsite in Louisville, KY
