As a Data Entry Specialist for our hotels, you will be the cornerstone of our information management. You will ensure that guest profiles, reservations, inventory, and billing data are flawlessly maintained across our property management systems. Your work directly impacts our team's efficiency and our guests' satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

Reservation & Guest Data: Accurately input, update, and categorize guest information and booking details into our hospitality databases.

Billing & Inventory: Maintain precise records of daily transactions, room availability, and operational supply inventory.

Data Verification: Review entered data for accuracy and proactively identify and correct any discrepancies in reservations or pricing.

Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding occupancy, sales, and guest demographics for management use.

Cross Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Night Audit teams to ensure all digital records reflect the physical status of the hotel.

Data Integrity & Security: Safeguard confidential guest payment and personal information in compliance with privacy laws and internal security protocols.



Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven experience (1-3+ years) in data entry, administrative roles, or hospitality/front desk operations.

Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), database software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Typing & Accuracy: Fast, accurate typing with a keen eye for detail.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle large volumes of information without errors.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with various hotel departments.

Salary: $75,000.0 - $80,000.0 / Annually
