Data Entry Specialist

Location: Fully Remote (EST hours)

Duration: 1-3 month contract

Schedule: 7:30am-5:00pm EST

Position Overview

This organization is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to support a high-priority provider enrollment initiative. These resources will help process a backlog of insurance enrollment applications by reviewing provider information, completing required forms, and submitting enrollment applications. This is a project-based engagement focused on improving application throughput and accelerating reimbursement recovery.

Responsibilities

• Review provider information within internal databases and systems.
• Accurately enter data into Medicaid and insurance enrollment applications.
• Complete and submit enrollment forms in a timely manner.
• Follow established processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain productivity targets while managing a high-volume workload.
• Collaborate with internal teams supporting the enrollment process.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous data entry, administrative support, or coordinator experience.
• Comfortable working in databases, spreadsheets, and online systems.
• Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare, insurance, or provider data.
• Experience processing forms or other administrative documentation.

Project Details

• This is a project-focused engagement supporting a defined backlog reduction effort.
• Success will be measured by application completion, accuracy, and throughput.
