Data Entry Specialist

Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:30PM (5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)

What You'll Do

• Retrieve individual medical files from cartons for data entry
• Identify and enter required data fields into the client database with a high degree of accuracy
• Maintain a keystroke speed of 10,000 KPH with 100% accuracy, verified by double-key confirmation
• Carry cartons weighing 30-50 lbs to and from workstation and pallet (one box every 5-7 minutes)
• Lift and lower cartons from heights between 13" and 45"
• Organize and return completed files to their cartons and return cartons to pallet storage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety protocols and PPE requirements

Important Employment Note: This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven data entry experience with high-speed typing (10,000+ KPH) and exceptional accuracy
• Ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable alternating between seated work and frequent physical activity
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow structured workflows
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed
