Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and organizing data into our systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, and a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data into various systems and databases

- Verify accuracy and completeness of data

- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files

- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency

- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors

- Adhere to company data entry and confidentiality policies

- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
