Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain information within ServiceNow and other internal systems.
- Review existing records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Perform high-volume data entry while maintaining a strong level of accuracy.
- Identify duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect records and make appropriate corrections.
- Compare information across multiple systems, spreadsheets, and source documents to validate data.
- Support ongoing data cleanup and record maintenance initiatives.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation related to data updates and corrections.
- Partner with internal teams to research missing information and resolve data discrepancies.
- Follow established processes and data standards to ensure consistent recordkeeping.
- Support reporting and administrative activities as needed.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Enter and update information within ServiceNow and other business systems.
- Review records and identify missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.
- Perform routine data cleanup and record maintenance.
- Compare system records against Excel spreadsheets, reports, and other source documentation.
- Correct errors and update records based on validated information.
- Track completed work and maintain accurate documentation of data changes.
- Organize and manage large volumes of information across multiple assignments.
- Communicate with internal teams to obtain missing information or clarify discrepancies.
- Generate basic reports and spreadsheets to support data tracking and reconciliation.
- Complete assigned data entry projects accurately and within established timelines.
Preferred Experience and Attributes
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data processing, administrative support, records management, or a related field.
- Experience working with ServiceNow is preferred.
- Experience with similar enterprise platforms, database systems, CRM systems, ERP systems, or other record management tools will also be considered.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Experience with data cleanup, validation, reconciliation, or record maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies within large amounts of information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable learning new software applications, systems, and internal processes.
- Ability to perform repetitive and detail-oriented work while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
