Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM

In Piqua, we're looking for a Data Entry Specialist who knows how to get things done with a smile. You'll balance tasks, support the crew, and keep everything running like clockwork. If you're dependable, detail-driven, and love a little fun at work, this one's for you.

Data Entry Specialist Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous high-volume data entry experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 Dynamics ERP preferred.
• SQL or Python experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Data Entry Specialist Job Duties:

• Enter and maintain service part data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Process new part setups and updates to existing item records.
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the item master database.
• Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy.
• Assist with bulk data uploads, reporting, and process improvements.
• Support additional data entry projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
