Position Overview
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining company data across multiple databases and systems. Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before entering information.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Perform regular quality checks to identify and resolve errors.
- Organize and maintain electronic files and digital records.
- Generate reports and summaries using collected data as requested.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information.
- Assist with document processing, file management, and record maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy targets.
- Support administrative projects and other operational tasks as assigned.
- Recommend improvements to streamline data entry processes and increase efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.

Technical Skills
