Job Summary:
The SAP Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data (goods receipts - inbound and outbound) in the company SAP system. This role ensures data integrity, and assist with tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in SAP, and internal systems with high accuracy.
Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Bills of Lading
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files for easy retrieval.
Respond to data-related inquiries and provide information as needed.
Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Gather data from various sources; being investigative as required.
Enter and update data accurately in our systems, ensuring consistency and integrity.
Collaborate with team members to meet data needs and support ongoing projects as required.
Respond to data-related inquiries from colleagues and management promptly.
Skills/Experience:
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
3 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in SAP data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software/databases.
Excellent organizational, time-management skills, and ability to multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides) and SAP-EAM.
1%2B years in industrial maintenance, preferably in reliability functions.
