Job Overview:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's data. You will be responsible for entering and updating data in our databases and ensuring that all information is complete and accurate. This is a full-time, permanent position with the potential for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and update data in our databases

- Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy

- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files

- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct errors

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Communicate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies

- Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and management

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Other data entry and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with automotive industry terminology is a plus
